The bank will do the conversion and transfer at a rate of 1.60 and charge you a £20 fee; that means you will get $47,968 for your £30,000. However, if you use the services provided by the florida-realestate.net the equivalent conversion rate would be 1.66, so you would receive $49,302 (i.e. $49,800 less our 1% fee of $498).

Terms of Service
We do not set wire transfer fees. The originating bank, our forwarding bank and/or the final receiving bank MAY charge additional wire transfer fees, which will be deducted from the net yield.
We do not set the exchange rate. All conversions are made at the prevailing interbank rate at time of transfer.
Transactions are usually completed within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of verified funds in our Escrow accounts in the United Kingdom, US and Canada. This excludes weekends, holidays, acts of God, telecommunications difficulties, delays due to incorrect or incomplete routing instructions, failure of recipient to acknowlege receipt in a timely fashion, or similar.
Our fees are per transaction, which is defined as a single, one way funds transfer/currency exchange. We reserve the right to change our fee structure or service terms before services are performed. We will notify you before performing the conversion and transfer if our terms change.
Our fee is one percent of the amount to be transferred, with a minimum fee of £200 or equivalent in other currency. Compliance with applicable banking and currency regulations and with reporting requirements (if any) in either the source or destination country is the client’s responsibility.
